Pastor Morejoy Saineti​

Pastor Morejoy Saineti is a trailblazing leader in the healthcare arena, championing the cause for underprivileged communities with unwavering dedication and expertise. As a co-founder of LANH Professionals LLP, a distinguished Health and Social care service provider in the UK, her 40-year career as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) and Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) spans across the UK and Zimbabwe.

Pastor Morejoy’s illustrious journey as a seasoned Dementia Consultant Specialist Nurse showcases her extensive experience in managing tuberculosis, HIV counseling, community psychiatric nursing, crisis intervention in mental health, and dementia care. Noteworthy experiences in prominent health institutions including Avenues Clinic, Beatrice Road Infectious Diseases Hospital, and Mufakose Clinic in Zimbabwe underscore her profound dedication and impact in nursing practice.

Her transition to the UK in pursuit of an MSc in Health Research marked a pivotal period of innovation, leading to the creation of pioneering community dementia palliative care services at the Westminster Borough. Her exceptional project achievements culminated in prestigious accolades, including the title of Dementia Nurse of the Year 2010 and a Queen’s Nurse title in 2013.

An esteemed lecturer at Greenwich University, Pastor Morejoy shares her wealth of knowledge on Dementia, Organic Brain Disorders, and end-of-life care with budding healthcare professionals. Her international reach extends as a conference speaker and media contributor, propelling vital discussions on dementia awareness and care within various communities worldwide.

As a devout Christian, Morejoy’s spiritual calling has deeply influenced her professional journey, instilling virtues of compassion, resilience, and service to mankind. Her remarkable contributions to underprivileged communities, support for healthcare advancements, and unwavering dedication to dementia care exemplify her selfless commitment to humanitarian upliftment and impactful change.

Despite personal challenges, including her battle with stage 4 breast cancer, Pastor Morejoy’s resilient spirit remains undaunted as she continues to inspire, educate, and support underprivileged populations across continents.
